This Privacy Policy applies to the Reward Mobile App ("Reward App", "we", "us", or "our").
The Reward App connects to an organization's Odoo ERP system to provide customer loyalty features such as reward point collection, point balance, and reward redemption.
Each organization may use its own Odoo URL and Odoo database. The Reward App connects only to the Odoo system configured and authorized by that organization.
1. Information We Access
Depending on the organization's Odoo setup, the Reward App may access:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Customer information
- Odoo Portal User account information
- Loyalty membership information
- Reward points and balance
- Points earned and redeemed
- Reward redemption history
- Available rewards
- Eligible transaction information
The information available depends on the customer's Odoo Portal User permissions.
The Reward App does not require an internal Odoo employee user account.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information only to provide the Reward App's features, including:
- Identifying the customer
- Showing reward points and balance
- Recording reward points
- Showing available rewards
- Processing reward redemption
- Showing redemption history
- Synchronizing loyalty information with Odoo
- Maintaining account access and security
We do not sell customer information or use it for unrelated advertising.
3. Odoo Integration
The Reward App connects to the organization's Odoo ERP system.
The organization controls its own:
- Odoo URL and database
- Customer data
- Loyalty program
- Reward rules
- Portal Users
- Data retention
- User permissions
The Reward App does not provide access to other organizations' Odoo data.
4. POS and Website
The Reward App may work with the organization's Odoo POS and Website/eCommerce.
Eligible purchases may add reward points to the customer's loyalty account. Reward redemption may also update the customer's Odoo loyalty information.
The organization's Odoo configuration controls how points and rewards are calculated.
5. QR Information
The Reward App may receive or process QR code information for customer identification, point collection, or reward redemption.
QR information is used only for the related loyalty features.
6. Data Storage
The main customer and loyalty data is stored in the organization's Odoo system.
The Reward App may temporarily store limited information on the mobile device, such as session or application data, when required for the app to work.
7. Account and Authentication
Customers access the Reward App through an Odoo Portal User account or another authorized customer login provided by the organization.
Customers are responsible for keeping their login information secure.
The Reward App does not bypass Odoo access permissions.
8. Device Permissions
The Reward App may require:
- Internet access to connect to the organization's Odoo system
- Notification permission, if notifications are enabled
The app does not request unnecessary device permissions.
9. Third-Party Services
We do not sell or share customer information for advertising purposes.
The app may use technical services required to operate the application, such as hosting, authentication, notifications, or crash reporting.
These services may process limited technical information according to their own privacy policies.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the Reward App.
Security also depends on the organization's Odoo configuration and the customer's device and account security.
11. Data Deletion and Privacy Requests
Customer and loyalty data is mainly managed in the organization's Odoo system.
If you want to access, correct, or delete your customer or loyalty information, please contact the organization operating the loyalty program.
12. Children's Privacy
The Reward App is not specifically designed for children.
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information for our own purposes.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Reward App or its services change.
The latest version will always be published at this Privacy Policy URL.
