1. Information We Collect

The CMMS Mobile App does not independently collect or store personal information on our own servers.

The application connects to the organization's Odoo ERP system to display and manage maintenance-related information required for business operations.

Depending on the organization's Odoo configuration and the user's access permissions, the application may access information such as:

Maintenance requests and work orders
Equipment and asset information
Maintenance schedules and activities
Parts, products, and inventory information

This information is obtained from and synchronized with the organization's Odoo system.

Information accessed through the CMMS Mobile App is used solely to provide the application's intended maintenance and business functionality, including:

Viewing equipment and asset information
Recording maintenance activities and updates
Supporting communication between maintenance personnel and the organization's Odoo system
Synchronizing information with the organization's Odoo ERP system

We do not use the information accessed through the application for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.

3. Data Storage

The CMMS Mobile App does not operate an independent backend database for storing your organization's business or personal information.

Data displayed or entered through the application is handled through the organization's Odoo ERP system.

The organization using the CMMS Mobile App is responsible for the Odoo database, user access permissions, data retention, and security configuration of its Odoo environment.

The application may temporarily process information on the user's mobile device as necessary to provide its functionality. Such information is not intended to be permanently stored by us.

4. Odoo Integration

The CMMS Mobile App communicates with the organization's Odoo ERP system through authorized connections.

Access to Odoo information is controlled by the organization's Odoo authentication and access permissions. Users can only access information permitted by the organization's configuration and assigned permissions.

The privacy practices applicable to information stored in the organization's Odoo environment are also subject to the organization's own policies and applicable Odoo services and agreements.

5. Third-Party Services

The CMMS Mobile App does not sell, rent, or share users' personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

The application is designed primarily for communication with the organization's Odoo ERP system.

If the organization configures additional third-party services or integrations within its Odoo environment, those services may have their own privacy policies and terms.

6. Device Permissions

Depending on the features enabled by the organization, the CMMS Mobile App may request certain permissions required for its functionality.

Permissions are used only for the corresponding application features. For example, if a feature requires access to a device capability, that permission is used to provide that specific functionality.

The application does not request access to device information that is unnecessary for its intended functionality.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the CMMS Mobile App.

However, the security of information stored within an organization's Odoo environment also depends on the organization's Odoo configuration, authentication settings, access controls, hosting environment, and security practices.

Users should protect their login credentials and should not share their account passwords with other individuals.

8. Children's Privacy

The CMMS Mobile App is intended for authorized organizational users and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the application.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the CMMS Mobile App does not independently maintain a separate database of organizational information, data retention and deletion are primarily managed within the organization's Odoo environment.

Requests concerning the deletion, correction, or retention of information stored in the organization's Odoo system should normally be directed to the organization or administrator responsible for that Odoo environment.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the application, services, or applicable requirements.
