Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics and marketing materials for products across various channels, including packaging, social media, advertisements, and promotions.
- Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, creating original illustrations, layouts, typography, and visual elements tailored to reinforce brand recognition and consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate marketing objectives into creative visual content that engages the target audience.
- Prepare design concepts, mock-ups, and final artwork for both digital and print media.
- Stay updated with design trends, consumer behavior, and FMCG industry standards to create innovative and competitive visuals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all visual materials, including typography, color, layout, and brand guidelines.
- Support campaigns with creative input, storytelling, and design solutions that enhance consumer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in FMCG or fast-paced consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating independent creativity, originality, and ability to deliver polished design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, theory, color, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into creative and effective visual content.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent results
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
