Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and produce engaging both photo and video content (focus in video) that enhances brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
- Plan, capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video content (product showcases, brand storytelling, behind-the-scenes, campaigns, social media videos, short-form and long-form content).
- Handle the full video production process including scripting, directing, filming, lighting, sound, product setup, and post-production.
- Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to align content with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and target audience.
- Translate brand messages into visually compelling stories through strong creativity, design sense, and innovative video techniques.
- Stay updated with content trends, social media formats, and emerging video platforms to create fresh and relevant content.
- Manage digital assets and ensure consistency of brand identity across all video materials.
- Support cross-functional campaigns with creative video ideas and executions that highlight brand values and key messaging.
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement to optimize future video projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in media, Film Production, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a video-focused content creator, videographer, or video editor, preferably in brand or marketing contexts.
- Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and storytelling, with an excellent eye for design, typography, and composition.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of different filming styles, video techniques, and current digital content trends.
- Creativity and innovation in developing content ideas that capture attention and reflect brand identity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of creative video projects.
