Video Content Creator (Corporate & CEO branding)

Key Responsibilities  

  •  Plan, conceptualize and execute (filming, editing, and posting) VDO contents , VDO Ads , VDO Campaigns on multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, Line Official, Website, etc.) to promote the corporate image and the personal branding of the CEO while ensuring brand consistency and optimized performance. 
  • Work closely with management and marketing team to to develop creative concepts, storytelling approaches, and content strategies that reflect the CEO’s vision, leadership style and corporate objectives. 
  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content (interviews, speeches, behind-the-scenes, daily activities, storytelling, campaigns, social media clips), while handling all aspects of video production such as lighting, product setup, and technical execution to ensure professional output. 
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone of voice, and key messaging. 
  • Stay up to date with the Short-form VDO trends and video marketing best practices 
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement to optimize future video projects 


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in video content creator, videographer, or video editor, digital marketing, or a similar field preferably in corporate or executive branding. 
  • Certificate in Communication Arts, Video Production, Telecommunications, or a similar field 
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines. 
  • Strong skills in video shooting, editing, motion graphics, and storytelling.  
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar). 
  • Excellent eye for design, typography, and composition, with an understanding of different filming styles and techniques. 
  • Ability to translate brand guidelines and strategies into visually appealing and impactful content. 
  • Knowledge of social media and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and video optimization best practices. 
  • Excellent communication, creative mindset and interpersonal skills; able to work closely with executives and cross-functional teams.
